WC 2002 - THE SCANDAL
« on: June 22, 2002, 04:15:12 AM »
It's sad to agree with Antonio, but the WC has been a endless big scandal.
Not because England got knocked out, that was deserved, but because of the scandalous judging.

The referees was better when I played Junior football in Norway a few years ago, and that oughta say sumthin.

Especially Italy & Spain got reason to complain.
And then there's all the uneccesary cards.

Finally.

Korea never won a single game in the WC before this competition. Now they are incredibly favourite to go to the Final. LOL. Who said homecourt adv means nothing? LOL.

Too good (for Brazil) the final will be in Japan, lol.

Oh.. the refrees of Spain-Korea were from: Egypt (no diss, but.. do they have a team?), Trinitad del Tobago (or how the fuck you spell it! Where the fuck is this Nation btw? I dont even know it) and the other one was from a nation i cant even remember (for real.. where the fuck is placed that damn nation?).

I think the fact that Korea have got so far is more because of Guus Hiddink's awesome management

Trinidad and Tobago is an Island in the Carribean (well two)

Have you ever heard of Dwight Yorke? You should have because he knocked Juve out of the European Cup Semi Final HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA

Well he's from Trinidad and Tobago

Of course Egypt have a team - Uruguay beat them 4 -2 in a friendly before the World Cup

You are quite ignorant

Hahahah.. teacher! I know those nations, of course! I was just dissing FIFA who called them.

I mean.. is it possible to call those morons from those unknown places?

I dont give a fuck about Yorke! Those refrees never had to face a decisive game with all this pressure. Damn.. MORENO (Italy-Korea) is the 3rd best refree of Ecuador, according to Ecuador. Are we joking? No, tell me... ARE WE FUCKING JOKING?

Yer I admit it I do feel sorry for Italy and Spain becuasen they have been the victims off poor decisions but thats football.  having camera's and shit like they do it loads of other sports would ruin the game.  we need controversy in this game, it maes it more exiting.  But yer I feeel sorry for em but get over it.

I remember that, i was at the Stadium. Nobody is crying no more, man, lol. Nobody really cryed. Manchester won a regular game, and they deserved to win. BTW that's the only time Manchester won against us in the last 6 years, lol. In the history of the new Champions League, we won 3 times, tied 1, and lost 2. 2 times Juve eliminated Manchester, 1 time Manchester eliminated Juve. The worse Juve of the last 10 years.

1996: Juventus-Manchester 1-0
1996: Manchester-Juventus 0-1
1997: Manchester-Juventus 3-2
1997: Juventus-Manchester 1-0
1999: Manchester-Juventus 1-1
1999: Juventus-Manchester 2-3 <- YOUR GAME!

;)

But let's talk about World Cup now, Manchester is a cool team, no beefs between Juve and Man UTD. We are even selling you Thuram. LOL.

I totally agree. Immagine this World Cup without protests and shit like that. Germany and Turkey in the semifinals. Playing like that. How sad, how boring. At least we are keeping interest alive, lol. ;D :'(

Antonio I agree with a lot of your shit

We should have the best referees in the world at the world cup.  We don't.

The 20th best referee in Italy is better than the best referee in Chile or wherever - FIFA fucked up on the referees

But it's not a conspiracy

Nah we don't want Thuram we want Rio Ferdinand - he's much better

You're right, you gave us a whipping in those GROUP STAGE MATCHES

We whipped you in the SEMI FINAL

Were not just called 'Manchester'.  Manchester United

There's this really small team in England that nobody has heard of called Manchester City so it's important that you say United.

And BTW Antonio, in club football I like Juve better than most because I know what it feels like to be the best, with the most fans, and have everyone in the country hate you because they're JEALOUS of you continuing success

Obviously i agree about the refrees. No conspiracy, but let's say that refrees from Uganda etc.. can be conditionated to direct a game in Korea against Korea, with all the pressure. Ok like that? And they dont even have protection by their federations, so that's even worse. I dont blame them, i blame Blatter and the man who chosed them (a man from Turkey).

About Manchester, sorry.. Man UTD.

About Thuram.. lol.. let's hope you'll buy him! ;)

And, about Juve and Man UTD being the most hated... it's true, but.. Juve is the most loved team of Europe, according to UEFA! (may 2002 update). ;)
So we are the most hated of Europe too, lol. Expecially when we win, like this year (in Italy).

I think Arsenal hates us too, lol. They lost against our youth second team their decisive game of Champions League, with Juve already eliminated, LMAO!
