What a fucking tune. Astounding. Didn't know anything about the guy, and Diplomats wren't really my thing, but just d/l'ed this track and can't stop playing it. Reminds me of when an obviously soft, radio joint could still be tight - it's mainstream as fuck, 'specially with the chorus, but is just so dope.

Listen to that first verse about his gran dying of cancer - that's real.
