Once again im trying to help a guy out with a song, but im not sure.... Here's what he wrot'e:

"well there was this instrumental playing on an episode of doggy fizzle televizzle and I wanted to know the name of it for a while now. I've posted about it on alot of other forums but never got an answer. this time I got a sound clip when it plays the instrumental on doggy fizzle televizzle.
