Have you ever been to a revservation. I know I have. I been there many times. Let's just say business in a reservation in the past 12 years, since Casinos, has picked up greatly. When tribes first put in casinos, yeah the tribe does worst because of what it takes to run a casinos, but then later the tribes do really, really well. I heard of people complain because they make too much money just being a member of the tribe. And also, each tribe is to be dealt with as a seperate nation, with there own constitution, there own law inforcement, there own fire protection, their own education system and everything else. They are more like many little U.S. territories like Puerto Rico than being part of the actual United States. But then again, Big Jake is know all of everything, so what he says must be right, because I'm not Native American, and I've never been to the reservation. Oh well  

Also, 16 years of Republican government, I think that's more than enough time to have helped the state. The Republicans failed, and only after 4 years  we give up on the Democrats, fuck it, California is full of hippies, lets just go Green    Oh well, what happens happens. As I said, I really don't care about Arnold as govenor, I accepted this along time ago. But I do care about Pete Wilson's ass being involved. The worst govenor in California history. I said it before, and I'll say it again... FUCK PETE WILSON!!!!!

how could someone be allowed to vote...to recall a governor, that they didnt vote for in the first place? Thats what i dont get. IMO, anyone who voted AGAINST Davis before...shouldnt have a say in the recall. Jus my opinion, if u think it isnt valid...then neither is yours.

well obviously you didn't try hard enough cuz my uncle is in utah and got his absentee ballot a whole month and half before the election....all you had to be was registered and notify the sec. of state of california .....not that hard if you're living in the contenental united states.

you got to know the history of the law (you should've learned this in highschool, or you will once you get into junior year)

the progressives set up many laws giving the people the power to put their state officials in check during the time of the southern pacific rail road which hand picked all of our governors and stuff. So these laws gave power to the people to get rid of governor who pander to huge companies and special business interests. If this was on a national level we'd probably be seeing petitions trying to recall the president and vice president.

so in essense if you voted for the dude or didn't ......by law you are still justified to recall the dude if you don't see him fit as governor

I know... but I switch so often between voting in which ever state... i didn't know that I wasn't registered in Cali until I ask my dad for my absentee and he said it never came.
