Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Damn, looks heated..
I would gladly replace Killah Priest with Pharoahe Monch though..  :-\
And 9 tracks is scarce, hopefully they'll bust out a fullblown LP.

This album could include some tracks of the final album, but actually it only has unreleased and older songs from the HRSMN. It will be released by the independet label of Killah Priest, so it actually is no real bootleg from some guys that have to much free-time :D Hopefully it will be spreaded through mIRC soon.

I got "The Horsemen" on mp3 for months now, so it's not really a new song; but Canibus' part is sick as fuck :o On "The Four Horsemen Of Apolcalypse" Kurupt rhymes "niggas" with "niggas" on every line - very "genius" ::) Canibus' part on "The Fourth Seal" is also very tight! And "Scrolls" seems to be the best song (besides "The Horsemen", but as I already said, I knew it before): "Niggas like us don't give a fuck/ Can-I-Bus and Kurupt/ Choke a nigga up/ Comin' through in a 4 by 4 truck..."
