1. Bill Clinton is the only president to not have any secret servicemen volunteer to guard him after he left office.  Several men were however forcibly assigned to the job.

2. To this day, servicemen will not salute Mr. Clinton, because it's not required.  They will however salute other past presidents, and the current president.

Why is that?

A. Clinton made drastic cuts in military spending during his time in office, cutting the size of the military in half. As sworn president, Clinton's #1 job was to protect the citizens of the united states.

B. Clinton turned down 3 seperate offers from the Sudanese to hand over Osama Bin Ladin while in office.

C. Clinton, in 93, held off deployment of our Delta Force troops to the Somalia war he had embedded us in.  He pulled out most of our troops, then sent the Delta Force in underarmed, without the proper equipment they had requested, and with no backups (which he had pulled out of the country).  In short, since we had suffered casualties in Somalia, he cut and ran.  Anyways, he sent in our Delta Force (from here in Fort Bragg, NC) improperly equiped and with no backup, and 18 of them were killed, 25 injured, and their bloody, stripped bodies were dragged through the streets of Somalia.  Clinton's reaction to this? He gave into Aidid's wishes and withdrew all of the U.S. troops.  Ever since then, everybody in the world knows if you kill enough Americans, we'll give up and go home.

This is all fact, undisputable.

Good, Clinton should of cut military spending even more.  We have less enemies that way.  All Bush is doing is creating more enemies and feeding the military industrial complex.  The WHAT?  Yeah, the Military Industrial Complex!  Eisenhower warned us about this.  The State Department, the bomb makers, the airplane makers, various businesses jockeying for reconstruction contracts, the government at large, all benefit from War!  Look how quick Bush got another 87 billion of the taxpayers money.  And somehow the Boeing and the bombmakers got to get paid.  If there's no war, then there's a surplus of weapons, so they close their bussinesses and don't get paid, but then what if something major happens, then they got to reopen all the facilities... it's to some people's advantage that we stay in an endless war on terrorism.
