As SGV said before, it doesn't matter who drops, as long as he drops some heat. In all the last years I checked some new artists because of their good releases, and that'll be in 2004 too.

other than a few obvious ones like Ja, Nelly n shit there's not many.. less 50, he's getting boring with too much material and he's got a too monotone flow on many mixtapes, Beg For Mercy and recent collabos.. if he put some more effort in it and comes off dope like on Places To Go etc I sure wouldn't mind another album this year though
