that would be a good one Rud.  I would add to it by having paintball guns around the cage so anyone who wanted could shoot the sick bastards.

the woman has now only been charged with 'perverting the course of justice'. she hasnt been released, so she could be charged with more before the deadline of 6am.

I strongly believe, that really sick, sick crimes like this are just that, Sick.  Since they're out of their mind, the insanity plea holds up, in my mind.

Nobody could kill a child that hadn't harmed them in any way without being sick themselves.  I know it sounds like a copout, but in this case, it's the truth.  These people must be insane.

she hasnt been charged with anything else.

she appears in magistrates court this morning.

"Security has been stepped up around the courtroom ahead of Ms Carr's appearance in case of any actions by vigilantes, according to press reports. "

The problem now is that 'Ian Huntly' has been sectioned under the Section 2 of the Mental Health Act. (Which means hes a danger to himself or other people. Duh.. murderers are a danger to other people anyways) When his proper trial begins (or if it ever begins) he can just claim diminished responsability as we has mentally unstable. I can see that happening. If that doesnt there another four possibilitys.

1. He gets charged with murder, but is still mentally unstable. He'll serve his scentence in a confortable institute.

2. He'll be proved as mentally fit. Get a life secentence and serve 10 years of it and get let out for 'good behaviour'

3. He'll get locked up for life (and i mean till he dies) and the streets will be rid of another sick fuck.

4. He'll get life, get his ass beaten to death in prision, or commit suicide.

Personally i'd prefer option three. The problem with the British legal system is that the second choice sometimes happens.

Yea, Hes Being Observed To See If He's Fit To Stand Trial. If He Does Stand Trial And The Evidence Is Substantial He'll Go Down For Life, And I Would Imagine The Judge Will Recommend Life Is Life...

Thing Is Under The 1983 Mental Health Act IF He Is Proved Unfit To Stand Trial He Has The Right To Apply For Release After A Period Of Time... :-/

Anyway, We'll See Soon....

Yeah, but if the evidence is substantial its believe its possible to put him on trial without his presence is'nt it?
