okay.... i wanna get into sampling but aint got no special equipment or anything, can anyone suggest a good way to sample things?

depends on what you really trying to do, they have those old ass cassio keyboards that have 4 samples on them,with different tempos,and if you sample something sped up you can get more time,cause i think they give you like a second and a half i think each, (old shit a nigga started off with eons ago) or if you got some major chipper jones, get that mpc-3000 or the 4000 that new one is hot,read them instructions and fucc with it for awhile and you'll be cool,thats all i can tell you right now homie yell

if u got cubase, download HAlion....or sound forge can be used to sample
