Why didn't Great Britain, Denmark and Sweden join Europe with Euro currency?

The Danish and Swedish people voted in a refurendum about the Euro and that's why they don't use the Euro. Great Britain doesn't have it because their political leaders didn't want it

You can pay at certain places in London with the Euro though.

Yes it's like that. Great Brittain is allways stubborn in regard to European things. They STILL drive left, they don't want the euro,STILL don't measure in meters and kilograms......they've never made any concessions at all. Aaah,the british. They make the best comedy series though!

we have used those for a long long time...since i started school and that was in about 1982


btw.. if you looks closely yiou;ll see that france + germany are in trouble for not sticking to the rules, and arent in a good financial position..

i remember, when i was still in the "brugklas" (lol, its something we have in holland) a can of cherry coke only was 60 cents
now that shit is around 60 euro cents, thats around twice the old price

you know france is a net reciever when it comes to the EU one of the most successful countries in the world is a net reciever wtf is up with that germany may pay out more than they get but together they rape the EU to get their own way. i ust to be pro euro but now i'm moving towards sceptic because i don't like current power situation when france decides to give up things like the common agricultural policy (which they have abused from day 1) i may worm to them again.

and as for the euro there hasn't been a time where its suitable for us to join. take the current interest rates for example ours are 3.75% i dunno what the euro one is but i think its 1 % lower or somink and we need ours to go up really. we'd get too much inflation being part of the euro at the current time. although if we can join when the pound is strong and the euro is weak it would be very benifical to us.
