Paris And Public Enemy Team Up
« on: January 16, 2004, 03:43:53 AM »
Just got word that Paris, who brought out his long-awaited album Sonic Jihad last October, will completely produce the new Public Enemy album.
PE teamed up with Paris and Dead Prez on Sonic Jihad. The collaboration apparently went great and now PE's new album, Rebirt of a Nation, will drop this summer and will be distributed by Paris' company.
Great news on great artists who keep bringing the truth in a constantly diminishing hip hop environment!
The only way you can fuck with me, is in a orgy.

Yeah I posted this in the main section the other. Great news. PE is the most consistent hip-hop group ever.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Yeah that's the greatest part of it.
