cmon man, the two imperial states deserve nukes??

if u wanna ban nukes, which i believe should happen, u should ban it all the way

and cmon do you really believe any nation will attack US with nukes??? im just sayin its so hypocritical that the US criticizes
Iraq, Libya, Syria, Pakistan etc when they havent said ANYTHING about Israel's program which is more advanced that all of the aforementioned countries programs

plus, they criticize Cuba for helping Iran and Iraq when Israel is helping India develop nations

yeah word, if its like that then not even the US or UK should have nukes and specially not israel, they wont hesitate to bust, lol. and they always make dumb decisions, well for the most part, and Cuba helpin Iran? LOL, Cuba is such a poverty stricken country they have nothing to offer to Iran.

why shouldn't the 2 most powerful states have nukes, we can be trusted with them

i don't think israel should have them or any other nation weaker but to protect the world i think the 2 most powerful nations should have them

just like i think that the only people who SHOULD have guns in the US is the law enforcement

"to beat the enemy you must be able to out arm them"

good example ...the bank robbers in LA with all them protective suits and automatic guns back in 96' , ya dig

the reason why cuba is so poverty stricken is becuase it's a communist country, which means everyone has a job working under the government which means most of the money goes back into the government

how can u justify those sanctions against Cuba??? they are absolutely no threat to US,

see the thing is American politicians will forever see Castro's Cuba as a symbol of American inefficiency, the fact that a commie state was allowed to thrive and survive right under their noses, so they will always be hostile to em,

the fact that there was a  nuke 80 miles away from the US doesn't help cuba much either

i never justified the sanctons, i just said if cuba was a democracy they wouldn't have to worry about all the shit coming their way, same with china too, watch i seriously wouldn't be suprised if there was a big ass revolution in cuba within the next 10 years that made that country a democracy

communism is a threat to democracy therfore a threat to us, which means you as well, afterall your government was modled after ours. if we had a beef with the people rather than the government id see why you'd be against the US here but we're against their government, and in communism the government and the people are 2 different things unlike a democracy like you and i are use to

and no doubt about there being several revolutions in the mid east

i agree with the above, i just see the sanctions now, as very useless, im not doubting their use in the past during the cold war

i agree that they're a little strict over there with the sanctions , but i dunno i guess the government feels that if they loosen up (especially now) ..nother cold war'esque thing. We just need a democratic nation there and everything would be all gravy , remember Castro is doing more harm to his people with his fucking dictatorship then with those US sanctions

Jake, you're wrong about Castro there, my dear boy. Castro is actually, surprisingly enough to all you CNN-fed people, benevolent. Figures for disappearances are at, I think, 73, all during the time our "hero" Che "Kill The Children" Guevarra was alive...By the way, fuck Senor Guevarra.

The US government last year estimated their GDP per capita was just 4% below that of the Americans, though their overall GP was around 35%; showing the impact of the sanctions. Domestically, they are almost as rich as the US, but in terms of exports and government resources, they have virtually nil due to the sanctions. By the way, Cuba is a socialist country, which has held elections for Parliament every year since 1960. The Senate is elected every four years. The presidency has always been for life...And I'd rather live under Castro than his predecessor, Mister "I'm An American Funded Insane Dictator".

Oh, on two other points.

Geezy, your post made no sense, not because of your argument-which, if anyone understood, was probably interesting, as it usually is-but about your lazy ebonics.

And on nobody but the US having nukes...Isn't that against the principles of your beloved capitalist society? It damages free trade...Hmm...I smell a hypocrite somewhere in the house, capitalist one at that...Nothin against Jake, but many other goods are traded freely around the world more than nukes, and by these goods I mean ones that kill far more people than nukes have. I'd prefer Iran having nukes, if only to stop the US thinking it had a monopoly.

I mean, during the Cold War, if the USSR had never had any nukes, and had refused to become a capitalist society, the US would have nuked them. Is that desirable? Shall we kill off 400 million people because they were supplicant to the US demands of disarmanent, without asking anything back?
