YEa its sad casue there A LOT of people that called both cds classic, like 6 for the obie and like 3-4 for the G unit, i thought the G-unit was crap, and the Obie was suprizingly good, 4/5, i dont wana rate kanye;s, but its def a classic

Exactly. That's what I was sayin' in the "The Black Album" thread a few months ago. But with "College Dropout" I'm sure it'll be considered a classic in a few months/years.

I've only heard "Get Em High", "Slow Jamz", "2 Words", and "Through The Wire". All are dope IMO, but I heard from a grip of people the album was pretty weak. I'll check it out for myself one day.

i bought this today...heres my thoughts..

this album had the potential to be classic...if it didnt have the skits...just as i said before i heard it...the skits kept it from classic status...or potential classic status atleast...i dont think u should call any album a classic 2 weeks after it has come out. i love every song though.
