Isn't there laws against gift, or money to pay records on the radio. And honestly, real hip-hop people need to get their own radio chain starting in L.A. and N.Y. and spread to the center of the United States, maybe get a station in Chicago and Atlanta too, and just meet in Kansas somewhere and hopefully people will listen. Of course people need a video to like a song, but MTV don't play them anymore.
