Next Outkast Singles...

does anyone know if they are each gonna release another single because last night on one of the hit stations in detroit they played andre 3000's track "Roses"...if that is his next single it's gonna blow up cause it's real catchy...also i wonder what big boi's next single will be?

oh and on a side note, speakerboxxx/the love below was just certified 9x platinum just six months after it's release...it's really 4.5 mil but it's doubled because the album is a double disc, peace.

Isn't "Roses" featurin' Andre and Big Boi? They wanted to release two different second singles, but after fans spreaded the rumour that they aren't down anymore they decided to release "Roses" as the only single where both of them got their parts. They already shot a video in the style of the famous opera "Westside Story". That's what I read about it at MTV.

The original next two singles were to be "Prototype" and "Church". Once again they had planned to make two separate videos but they could not get the funding to shoot the two again,so they setlled on a track they both sang/rap on "Roses".  


I'm kind of dissapointed because Prototype is my second favorite track on 'the Love Below'

That's interesting and kind of strange - given how successful this album has been, and coming off the back of 'Hay Ya', I would have thought the company would have no problem doing the 'double' single again... I'm sure this album still has the potential to be even bigger than it has been yet...

it wwould be but don't you think it's just a little too explicit for editing?  It woldn't sound right, thats why I don't like edited roses, it's missing the key part at the end "Stupid Bitch, crazy bitch, dumbass bitch, crazy bitch, ole stupid ass bitch, crazy bitch"

There's not really that many cusswords in "Spread"...

Not cuss words but content in the chorus mainly,  MTV edited "Frontin'"s chorus nearly in half to get rid of "Tear your ass up", u can only imagine what they would do.
