New Nas snippet??

I was checking My Shared Folder and I found this file called 07-nas-qb_music_snippet-wcr.mp3
(Probaly got it trying to download a different song)
It's a snippet of a Nas song I haven't heard before, supposedly from a DJ Clue tape called "Hood Storm Pt.1" but I don't know if it's real.. Does anybody know if it's fake or if it's official? ???

Prehaps a more detailed description of the song, some lyrics or something would help us work it out.

nah, it's only like 10 seconds long and doesn't really say much except 'new nas....'
