QUESTION? - Paid In full

I just heard Eric B and Rakim's old school hit 'Paid In Full', I was just wondering did Nas sample that beat in his diss to Jay Z, H to the OMO? Sounds the same. Was the Paid in Full beat an original?

Nas sampled the Eric B. & Rakim's "Paid In Full (The Coldcut Remix) for "Stillmatic".  Nas ran crazy over that track.  A nice lead in for the album Stillmatic.  Nice beat isn't it.
