I respect your opinion but it strikes me as an over-blown statement... what about Straight Outta Compton for a start? Criminal Minded if you want to talk East Coast? The Diplomats didn't do anything to elevate the genre or bring anything even remotely new to the table...

i agree on "The chronic" bein nuthin really special lyrically but '92 those lyrics were just as good as the dipset lyrics in '02

and as for the production that's 2 very different styles, modern east coast gangsta shit and back in the days g-funk but Chronic << Diplomatic Immunity NEVER IMO and i'm sure most people on here will agree with me on this
