im positive  the   chorus of the song was sampled from an old school  track .    the chorus goes like this  .........  

" tell me  what   we're  gonna do ..........  the world aint the same ......... the way we live  its a shame ........ i cant hide this  pain .......  "

I'm not sure, but I'm gonna try and find out because I love that song.

Do you have any more info on the song it was sampled from?
