dude, they shwoed the previews to next weeks punk'd and they punk'd kanye west at his video shoot or some shit. and i guess some guy tries to shut down his video cos it doesnt have a permit. and kanye gets hella pissed, and gets hella physical and wrestlin around with the guy. looks pretty damn funny.
