Actually that's wrong. Terrorism exists like that not since 2001, but since at least the '80's. Now it's just the phase when they are keep attaccking Americans and the moderated nations of Middle East, cause they wanna make some noise. But to say that Bush created terrorism, expecially international cells, is wrong. Look for example at terrorism in Spain and Italy.
