Ultramagnetic MC's Reunited
« on: July 16, 2004, 07:31:01 AM »
I just came across some news that astounded me.
It seems the critically acclaimed Ultramagnetic MC's have reunited and are preparing to release a new album after a long hiatus. Original members Tim Dog, Ced Gee, Kool Keith, Moe Love, and TR Love are back on track and two new members join the group that shocked hip hop in 1988 with the great album Critical Beatdown.
Ced Gee and Kool Keith had some major differences, mainly about some old tapes that Ced sold to a record company.
The only way you can fuck with me, is in a orgy.

Crazy news.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.
