I'm not just gonna automatically say he's great because that's what I was taught in school.  Fuck that, they taught me alot of things that were bullshit, how come I only started learning anything when I got out of school?  What did he write about that was controversial, I think he was spineless, writing about love, that's a played out topic, he's the NSync of writing.

callin him spineless, and sayin that he didn't write anything controvercial is a bit (VERY) ignorant and a very arrogant way too look at it. have u ever read one of his books (in ur own time) and do u know ANYTHINg about him. probably not cuz u didn't listen in class, or jus don't know. so b4 u start judgin him. actually get to know his shit first.

how would u like it if i said that eminem was shit cuz all he does is rap. lol. and if ur gonna be even more arrogant and say that it doesn't bother u, then either u wrong. or i jus said a bad example. but anyway. i think that the majority or 'intelligent' people would dissagree with u on this point

People agree with me but they're afraid sounding "unintelligent"

Why does all music have to be hard to be good in your mind?

And literature for that matter.

Mass Media always tries to pump up the soft, non-threatening ish, but any form of music that does not challenge the mind of the listener, any form of expression that overcompromises itself, becomes soft, spineless.

Man, Don't you ever just want to sit down, enjoy the company of friends, and not have to worry about the Message music is getting across?

What kind of music do you consider "spineless"?
