WCC Swap Meet - Rules & Regulations.

1) Only trade original CDs/tapes/vinyls, no CD-Rs/MP3s/Tape Dubs

2) You can also sell or buy things - not just trade

3) Payment/shipping etc to be negotiated between buyer/seller.

4) You trade @ your own risk. (see also '4') WCC is not responsible if you get jacked.

5) The mod's will endeavour to maintain a 'legit' list of people who can be trusted, and a 'shit list' of those who can't.

if i wanna trade with somebody , how do we gonna exchange them shits, by mail right but shits crazy , people can get all fucked up on it , personnaly i ain't changing nothing , and i'll buy on my best pusher, this nigga name hmv. no dissrespect , i don'T trust them technics

1. Sellers must sell the item under auction. They must not stop the auction under any circumstances. You may not stop the auction just because the price is too low - you should have set the reserve price to something you are willing to accept.

2. Buyers must buy the item they bid for. Think of your bid as a legal contract for buying the item.

3. No pirated software is to be auctioned on WCC. It's against WCC rules and the law.

4. The items should be in fully working order.

Selling/Bidding Method


* Only sellers may add comments to their auctions. NOBODY is allowed to ask questions or comment in any thread, unless they are the seller.

* Sellers should state, at the beginning of the auction, the item description, starting (reserve) price and the length of the auction. Sellers should state EXACTLY what is being sold, such as manuals, original box, receipt etc...

* Buyers are to post their bids ONLY. Just the bid amount, no comments or questions.

* People with questions should PM the seller, the seller can then add a comment to the thread if he thinks it is appropriate.

* This is to stop thread crapping, and also to turn Auctioneers into a proper auction place, like eBay, where you can't openly discuss the auctions.

* When the auction is over, the seller should state that the auction is over, say who the winner is, and the final price for payment.

thats the whole point of having a legit list.
many of us have privately completed these transactions (including myself).
having a list will help show who can be trusted.

yeah but whut happens when i wanna trade a last meal importe cd, and the person ain't givin me the money, i got screw hard , and theres nothing we can do , remember this already happens here, well not really happen but someone had made a transaction then one of them didn't gave the money yet ... well i think he gave it now , but ya feel me on this , ...... maybe i'll try next year or some tho
