Heya. I joined up on this forum hoping someone can help me.

The Chill MC was on the first CMW album but he was incarcerated so was not on the subsequent CMW albums (except the last one). I read an interview with him probably 10 years ago & he was working on his own project. I don't think it was a solo effort though. I think it was a duo. Does anybody have any info they could share.

welcome to the board skywalka..

tha chill was a member of CMW thru the years 89-90, then, in 91 im not so sure what happend, but i think he was in jail or something.. after he got out he teamed up with Boom Bam and formed N.O.T.R (Niggaz On The Run).. in 1994 they was supposed to release the album "Anybody Killa",and they had a first single called "Gz on the run". The second single "sly slick and wicked" can be heard as a bonus track on Represent. however this album was never released, and NOTR tried to release an album in 96, but that never happend..

I luckily have a copy of the unreleased, NOTR album, from 94-95. It was going to come out on the same label as Junior Mafia did.

I think that may be the article I read 10 years ago! I haven't heard the track "Sly, Slick & Wicked" yet. Is it any good?

sly slick and wicked is a very tight track..

yo Que, spit some info on the album.. how many tracks is on it? and can u leak the single "Gz on the run" for us?

Yeah, Sly Slick & Wicked is on it. It's like 17 tracks deep including an intro true CMW Style. I'll find the CD tonight and holla.

It sounds like a good album. That article above gives the impression MC Eiht & DJ Slip were onboard. Que, does your CD have credits?

No credits its a CDR Bootleg. MC Eiht was featured on it and DJ Slip did production on it. . .
