They don't even deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence. The only sad thing is that these days from anyone to listen to Daz he has to suck up to 50, which is ridiculous.

It's like when you have those cheap ass cartoons that sometimes come out whenDisney puts a new movie out..bad imitations.
Dogg Pound was the original better version, G-Unit the fake imitation. It's true the DPG have nearly all fallen off but IMO, Snoop,Daz & Soopafly still killed, plucked and ate G-Unit on the DPG-Unit track.

LOL, comedy.

All Daz have left is "It's the diggy Daz, the Dogg Pound Gangsta, D-P-G Bayyyyyybyyyyeeah!!"
Banks would walk circles around him lyrically, and 50 & Buck is better too.

Snoop & Soop are limited to shadows of their former selves, the only DPG'sta I have hopes for is Kurupt.. if he ever gets the album out.. :-\

Stop comparing them wack ass niggas to legends. They aint the Dogg Pound or NWA. They a group of garbage ass rappers. Game and Yayo are tight. Lloyd Banks got flow but he dont talk about shiet. Fuck em.

Get over it, "everybody" is legends on the Westcoast..
I'm talking about their current status, not what they did 10 years ago.

No matter what our G-Unit worshippers say, G-Unit is completely wack and was outshined by the DPG and especially Soopafly on 'Gun up in ya mouth'...and that's considering their present day level.

50 Cent as '92 Snoop? Must be a joke.

Compare this (50 Cent on P.I.M.P.):

I'm bout my money you see, girl you can holla at me
If you fucking with me, I'm a P-I-M-P
Not what you see on TV, no Cadillac, no greasy
Head full of hair, bitch I'm a P-I-M-P
Come get money with me, if you curious to see
how it feels to be with a P-I-M-P
Roll in the Benz with me, you could watch TV
From the backseat of my V, I'm a P-I-M-P
Girl we could pop some champagne and we could have a ball
We could toast to the good life, girl we could have it all
We could really splurge girl, and tear up the mall
If ever you needed someone, I'm the one you should call
I'll be there to pick you up, if ever you should fall
If you got problems, I can solve'em, they big or they small
That other nigga you be with ain't bout shit
I'm your friend, your father, and confidant, BITCH

to this (Snoop on 'Bitches ain't shit):

once had a bitch named Mandy May
Used to be up in them guts like everyday
The pussy was the bomb, had a nigga on sprung
I was in love like a muthafucka lickin' the protung
The homies used to tell me that she wasn't no good
But I'm the maniac in black, Mr. Snoop Eastwood
So I figure niggaz wouldn't trip with mine
Guess what? Got gaffled by one time
I'm back to the muthafuckin' county jail
6 months on my chest, now it's time to bail
I get's released on a hot sunny day
My nigga D.O.C. and my homey Dr Dre
Scooped in a coupe, Snoop we got news
Your girl was trickin' while you was draped in your county blues
I ain't been out a second
And already gotta do some muthafuckin chin checkin
Move up the block as we groove down the block
See my girl's house, Dre, pass the glock
Kick in the do', I look on the flo'
It's my little cousin Daz and he's fuckin' my hoe, yo
(Bitches ain't shit)
I uncocked my shit...I'm heart-broke but I'm still loc'ed
Man, fuck a bitch!

And then consider 50 is mumbling all the time while Snoop had the dopest flow ever back then.
Comparing these two is either a joke or stupidity.

Z knows about ALL your inner conflicts..

Jome, the title of the topic is G Unit = 90s Dogg Pound, thats why people are comparing them to the DPG 10 years ago.
