All bets will be done via Paypal, and will be due immediately upon Bush's win Novermber 2nd? (Is that when the elections are?). No "I'll pay you when I see you". If I get booted from the board by then (which I might, because I'm sick of the bullshit), then all bets are off.

And a white woman would have a better chance winning the presidency waaaaaaaaaaay before a black woman. America is a very chauvinistic society still. Many women would not even vote for a female.
