Ties Between Al-Qaeda and Iraq
« on: July 28, 2004, 07:25:16 AM »
There are no collaborative relationship between Saddam and Al Qaeda regarding Sept. 11. That's true, but there were certainly links and ties between Saddam and Al Qaeda and that's provable.

Abu Musab al-Zarqawi (sp?) an Al Qada leader who found his way to Baghdad after being severely wounded fighting against American forces in Afghanistan.Zarqawi (sp?) arrived in Iraq in May of 2002 and had surgery in an Iraqi hospital, run by -- are you ready -- Uday Hussein. I believe that might be a tie, but there's more.

Next, the Al Qaeda big shot -- who was wanted by the USA -- traveled to Lebanon to meet with leaders of Hezbollah.(sp?) A short time after that meeting, in October of 2002, Lawrence Foley, an American official, was assassinated in Jordan. The arrested killers said Zarqawi(sp?)  was involved in the plot.

Zarqawi(sp?)  wound up back in Iraq after the assassination of Foley and met up with the Ansar al-Islam (sp?) group, which operated in Northern Iraq and is affiliated with Al Qaeda.

In January 2003, several Ansar terrorists were arrested in Britain and charged with planning to put Ricin in the military food supply. Some of those terrorists fingered Zarqawi(sp?)  in the plot.

Right now, Zarqawi(sp?)  is believed to be in Fallujah working with some of Saddam's former generals in planning terror attacks. Just last week he took credit for killing 13 people in a bombing.

I believe that's a lot of links and ties between Saddam, Iraq and Al Qaeda. But again, I believe the Commission when it says Saddam was not directly involved with Sept. 11. That’s true.

Maybe I'm wrong, but when you run a country, you'd like to keep a good relation with your neighbors. Maybe that map is off, but Afganistan and Iraq are around the same area. Maybe I'm wrong, but meeting people does not make you guilty. You are missing two things here, you want to connect everybody to make things simple. Key facts here, Saddam is not, I repeat, not a true Muslim. Saddam is a socialist, who many Muslims actually didn't like except for his anti-American stands. Also Al Quada are hardcore Muslims, that don't like the United States. But one thing also has remained true over time, common enemies don't make allies.

Afghanistan is pretty far away from Iraq, its like from LA to New York or farther.

Saddam didn't just meet him, He supported him and helped  Zarqawi whose a leader of Al-Qaeda.

Also, how is Saddam being a socialist relevent? Is it because Muslims don´t like socialists and Al-Qaeda(which are extreme Muslims) don't like Socislits? I dont think Zarqawi cared because he was getting help from Saddam and his Regime.

That doesnt mean he doesnt support Al-Qaeda or has connections.

Hold on. If you ask me "is it right to fight Al Qaeda?" i'll reply "Hell yeah it is!". If you ask me "is it right to fight Saddam?" i'll reply "Why not? He aint a saint, if we have a chance to actually keep him and maybe condamn him to death, why not? Just find some reasons and we have a war" (USA did it. I mean they found some reasons. But time revealed us they werent enought. But that's another story). But to say there are real connections between Al Quaeda and Saddam is too far! It's like saying there are connections between italian's Brigate Rosse and spanish's ETA. They both terrorists, they both bombs politics, they both against the Govern. But c'mon.. they are two different things and you dont defeat ETA if you defeat Brigate Rosse (and viceversa). For sure it's better to eliminate both of them, but to make a war you gotta have better reasons, cause you are invading another Country, you know. And if they dont attack you first, you cant.

Saddam wasnt directly collaborating with Al-Qaeda, but his regime was. Which makes a tie between Iraq, Sadddam, Al-Qaeda, and bin laden

Apples and Oranges

Saddams regime wasn't just a "pen pal", they supported and helped Al-Qaeda.

Was your little brother supporting and helping the hells angles?

C'mon man. Like i said, to make a war and occupy another Country you need more than those "proofs". Unless they directly attack you, you cant do the same.

so lemme get this straight.....some Al Qaeda member is found in Iraq and we got ourselves HUGE CONNECTIONS, TIES, RELATIONSHIPS, DICK SUCKIN SESSIONS AND SLUMBER PARTIES AT SADDAM'S HOUSE.

But when George Bush bends over for the Bin Laden family and his dad kicks it and has tea parties wit em IN the middle east, that aint nothin, its just business rite? when George sends like 10 planes of their family members back to middle east a day after tha attacks, that ain't connections, dats being a patriot. When he kills over 20,000 innocent civilians over a "MISTAKE", it's justified right? it was a mistake....Iran was the real ENEMY. IF WE DONT GET THEM THEY'RE GOING TO RAPE OUR KIDS.

STFU U YOUNG ASS NAGGIN ASS FEMALE.

PS: DIE.
