Lets face it, Doggystyle is and should always be his best record. But I think Neptunes will bring Snoop back from that lazy sound hes been doing since 96. Ok he drops some heaters every few tracks, but Neptunes are the hottest producers in the game and you cant tell me "Beautiful" wasnt Snoops best track for years.

I was listening to some old Kelis, Neptunes have so much diversity its unreal. They will bring the hunger back to Snoop.

Personally, I don't think it's the beats that make Snoop step it up,it's only wether he wants to put effort in his show. I don't think Beautiful is that great really...though I love 'It Blows my mind'
His 2nd best would still be 'Tha Last Meal' IMO and I doubt he'll beat it, though I certainly hope so.

Yup...the Neptunes do have some tight beats, but they also got straight up pop beats. So I guess it all depends on what beats Snoop will pick. (And of course his lyrics have to be good too...)

i dont think 15 tracks like beautiful can come close to doggfather. unless he steps it up i dont see this happening. doesnt matter who he has producing, even dre cant halp snoop make a better album that doggfather NOW. btw i am talking about doggfather as his 2nd best album.
