Cuba plays "Farenhiet 911" on Primetime Network Television!
« on: August 02, 2004, 09:27:32 AM »
Cuba is playing Farenhiet 911 on Primetime Network Television.

Castro has really stepped up the offensive against Bush lately.  After Bush called Cuba a toursim site for sex offenders,  Castro replied with an extended war of words in which he cracked the joke, "I hope God doesn't tell Bush to invade Cuba next."

That's a good jab by Castro.    :D
Herb Quote Of The Year[/u]

CalebOhio: I think i can speak for many others when i say my favorite rap artists are white but i still want black artists to be dope. they are chosing not to be. that wouldn't be a likely believe held in a white supremacist group. I want Nas to deliver evertime but he doesn't every time Sage does. so Sage gets my $15 regardless or his status. fuck your status perception and labels you use.

american cuban policy has been failing for over 50 years, bush's tougher cuban stance and funding exiled groups to almost certain death is never gonna work in overthrowing castro and will probably do little to raise many cuban votes in the election because it stops them from seeing their relatives almost all together.

iraq would just get annexed by iran

That would be a great solution.  If Iran and the majority of Iraqi's are pleased with it, then why shouldn't they do it?

Inaction is a weapon of mass destruction"
- Faithless - Mass Destruction

"It's better to help people than garden gnomes."
- Amelie (2001)

"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."
- Franklin Roosevelt

"Power to the people, not the governments."
- Chuck D

"The possibility of physical and mental breakdown is now very real. No sympathy for the Devil, keep that in mind. Buy the ticket, take the ride."
- Raoul Duke

that's barely a critique, that's an insult... and like anything in life, if you've got words to say, you should be able to back them up

They tried to disqualify this movie for an Oscar because it was aired in Cuba, but a bootleg copy was aired that wasn't cleared by the distributor, so it's still in the running.
