Downloaded a film
It's got 2 folders CD1 CD2
Inside each lots of WinRar files inside them More WinRar files

I just want to play the thing
HELP ME OUT PLEASE

Open the .r00

and tell winrar to extract all the files in (.r00) into that exact same folder.

it will then extract the bin/cue or mpg, avi in to that same folder.

basically they split the file into a bunch of different winrars(r00, r01, r02) to compress the file.

Theres a bunch of files, and they all end with .r00, .r01, .r02, etc. There extentions like a picture is .jpeg

Just right click one of them and say open with, and then select winrar. then when it opens extract those files into that same folder your in.

if they are bin and cue files once you figure out how to extract the thing you will need a virtual drive to play it, and maybe some codecs cant remember which ones i needed though
