Because he didn't produce it. It was produced by Shaolin's own Hassan a/k/a Pantom of Da Beats, who also has done alotta shit for Inspectah Deck & Ghostface.

he does the beats just ask Cormega who was one the first artist´s Sha produced for way back in 95.
