ok lets see what you got...

I'll get the ball rolling:

We all live in igloos

we all say "eh"

everyone plays hockey

we say "aboot" instead of "about"  (I think they actually do say 'aboot' in the east tho)

I've never been anywhere in Canada outside Toronto so I can't comment on how they act, but Toronto is so americanized it's no different here than in New York, just a lot smaller.

I've lived in Canda for almost 22 years and I don't think I've ever seen a live Mountie on duty in my life.

Doubtful, I have an Uncle from PEI (the most East) and he's never said that.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

They're all dumb, and doesn't know their own best.
Their heads are divided in 2, when they talk the upper part of the head is separated from the lower part.
They sing gay songs, and when they sing them, all of Canada sings along.
They have gay leaders, they doesn't even know who the leaders are, Saddam might be one of them.
Their TV-shows consists of farting, they all ice-skate, and most of them wear red uniforms.

Oh wait, that's South Park.  ;D

Maine is right by the Maritimes. You can't see one type of Canadian and think they're all like that. It'd be like visting a small town in Texas and saying all Americans are cowboys who have thick accents and spit a lot.
