bush had his highly paid scientists cause this hurricane, i saw they can do that in some movie

anyways i think he did it so that he could go into florida and look like a hero by givin them a bunch of money

that way they'll vote for him in the election cuz its a key state. also his brother is the governor and he jus wants to give florida a grip of money so his brother can pocket the money left over.

i figured this out on my own
