I am someone who believes if you believe in something strong enough, you'll be willing to put your life on the line for it. If I was to die, I'd want it to be for a cause I believe in. There are many people in here that support war, and they believe that by going to Iraq, we are doing good. All I can say is we need a recruiter, because everyone here is of war age, or about to hit war age. Like when i talked to a guy who was 19 and saying that we should all be required to do military service, I simply said, so when are you signing up to join? He was not going into the military, and everyone here supporting Iraq is not going. The simple fact is, there are many cowards who talk the talk but wouldn't walk the walk. Instead, they believe in something and yet can't back up their shit by joining for their cause. This ain't my cause, I am against the war, and trust me, if push comes to shove, I am willing to do a lot more than just vote for John Kerry. I think it's time for everyone that supports the war to put their money where their mouth is. If you are not willing to go to a war you support, if you are of war age which is anyone under 30, hell even 40 year olds are there, and if you believe others should lose their lives, but you wouldn't put your life on the line, then you can't comment on war no more. Unless I see CWalker and Woodson signed up, honestly their opinion really means nothing.

The brave solders who are fighting rite now as I speak are protecting me and my country from further terriorst attacks in the US. If we didn't have troops killing Al Qaeda and other terrorist networks, they would just build up and do more "9/11s" on the US. But since Bush has sent troops into war, we have gotten rid of 2/3 of Al Qaeda and have gotten rid of Saddam Hussein--who all pose threats to my country.

But I forgot, you live in Germany so you don't give a fuck if theres a terrorist attack on the US.

I guess it's just my nature, but if I believe someone is a threat to me and my family, I go out in fight them. If the Iraq was truly a threat, I would be the first in line to protect all that I love. I feel that is our duty as men, to go and fight off people that can harm our families, our love ones. I wouldn't sit back and let other people die for my family and me, if I can help it, I will. Put me back in time, and you have old M Dogg fighting British, Southern slave owner, Nazi's and had it lasted longer you'd see M Dogg looking for Bin Laden. But the fact is our military is dying over politics. A man that wants to go down as a war president because they are the presidents we remember the most. We like FDR, Lincoln, Washington, because they lead us through battle. And if I truly believed in a cause I'm willing to die for it. Maybe I'm a different person. You best believe I'd be a Mexican fighting against the U.S. taking over what was northern Mexico, or a Native American behind Geronimo taking out those that are killing my family. I am that type of guy. But this war is not about that, and if you dissagree with me, and you are an able body, then get your ass off your desk chair, and sign up to go take out the threat to your family. for the record i'm not voting for either bush or kerry, i actually agree with infinite this is an election where you'll have a clearer head not voting at all.

anyways i was trying to join the marines, but since i'm my mothers only child and i've had eye surgery they ain't going to let me do anything....why in the fuck would i join the armed forces if i'm not going to do jack shit? the recruiter guy was all "we'll pay for your college" and  that's going to happen anyways if i join or not, i  got so many grants and scholorships and financial aid i could be going to USC almost full ride. In my opinion why join the marines ....go through all that hell in bootcamp when in the end i'll just be as 'important' as the national guard.
