I got a problem.
I have set mIRC up as a F Serve, and I got a FTP

These both used to work excellent, but now people can't connect to neither the F Serve nor the FTP
I think it could be some firewall shit, because I know I set both the FTP & The F Serve up right.

Anybody got any suggestion what could be wrong?

I don't have a firewall on my computer, but I think my ISP got a firewall.
I'm not a expert on this, so I'm not sure how it works.

Well if it did work and now it doesnt then something has changed...  Think back to anything you might have done that could effect it. The chances of your ISP suddenly messing with it are very low and usually they would email explaining something like that.

I take it Mirc itself still works i.e. you can talk to people with it ?, if so then the dcc part could be an Mirc options setting as Seer said.  

Very strange for both an ftp server and dcc to stop working at once the two things that spring to mind would be either firewall e.g. zonealarm setup incorrectly or virus took em both out - very unlikely.

If you still have ftp hassles try installing another firewall application set it to use a different port and see if that works for people just as a test.

You could try running Ad-Aware that should spot gator and co.  get it here : http://www.lavasoft.de/
