I agree on editing this one, dunno about the second one.
People on WCC are generally poor in naming topics properly.. I have to edit topics/threads all the time in The Vault.. 

It's annoying when people name their topics "2Pac", "Yo", "Game", "Check this" and what worse is..

Hes not actually editing posts tho is he, he's editing titles to threads.

Putting (Football) and shit like (Non-american) after titles is nothing.  I have no reason to wanna look at American Football threads and I am on 56K so it takes me quite a while to actually load a page up, god knows it helps me out alot.
