most important: a fucking video camera and a neutral person who tapes it.

not only because we want to see this, but also for other important reasons:
first, it must be proven that it's consensual, since unless that's proven, the loser might sue the winner and that would suck big time.
second, it must also be proven that it's straight up 1on1 and no other bitches get involved in the fight. it's over when it's over. not when some bitch ass friend thinks he/she has to help the loser who gets slapped the shit out of him.
the loser cant complain about serious injuries or anything, he's got it comin, whoever it is.

and therefore the video cam is the only thing that really proves shit you know. since what the fuck is it when nik comes back and said he won, and grundy comes back and said he won. lolol. no that would suck so much.
