Somebody PLEASE help me identify this song

This is some old rock song. The only lyrics I can hear from it is "There's no solution" and "Oh Yeah" and it has this tight electrical guitar at the end.

It's playing on the new Team America TV commercials and the Fahrenheit 9/11 trailer.

If anyone can help me find this song I'll be forever in your debt.
