Snoop Dogg 1st single too early?
« on: September 25, 2002, 05:19:29 AM »
I think tehy dropped "From chuuuch to da palace" way too early! I mean the album drops in 8 weeks, why the fuck is the single already out? This fucked up so mayn albums before. even if it's getting a lot of air play, who cares if the album ain't out? They need tp drop the single 3-4 weeks before, so two weeks before the album drops the song is all over the radio!

"One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" was his response. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

That's what I would of done with Top Dogg.

I would drop "Just Dippin" as the first single have a nice video in the Cali sunshine with Dre and Snoop just like "Nuthin' But a G Thang" 8 weeks before and then about 14-10 days before drop "B Please" with that video.

If that happend when that album dropped it would be painful waiting for it.

That would be better than "Snoopafella" as a single and the "G Bedtime Stories" video as the first taste of the album.

It's not too early, it's too WACK.
Look at the earlier singles, they were heat..

Bitch Please, classic shit, brought Snoop back on the map.
Snoop Dogg, not heat, but it's a club-banger fa sho.
Lay Low, str8 heat, even your mother like Nate's hook, even if she maybe didn't like Goldie's verse.

lmao at that...........but even if the beat and chorus aren't all that the song is different and is gonna blow up partly just cause it's snoop

yo jome i gotta ask you this though............you had to of loved the beggining of the song where snoop goes "bam, boom what you gonna do cuz guess who rollin in with them baby blue chucks" i love the way he says that shit..........after that though the beat gets a little to annoying
