Maybe now, but you can't deny he's a Hip-Hop pioneer.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

I think Too Short was alot better then him when it came to rapping about that subject matter. You can be pioneer and still be heavily overated.

And Pharrell should stick to producing and "singing" (like he did on Snoop's Beautiful for example) instead of RAPPING - he's a fucking joke  8)

And I totally agree - Benzino should never have picked up a mic either  ???
