I was iffy on the subject. They had evidence against him, but it was all circumstantial.

I didnt take a side on whether or not he was guilty.

I got one other thing which pisses me off about this whole thing. If i read this right they gave scott peterson 2nd degree murder for killing his unborn son.

In america it's legal to abort a child because "Its just a fetus while its in the mothers womb." So abortion is legal. But when you murder a woman who has a fetus in the womb it suddenly becomes a "baby" and its murder to kill it.

I dont understand this.
