the thing about mannie is he dont really try and thats why he comes off on the mic....either way he's tighter than baby
my pic for a producer who cant rap is keno a new orleans producer who worked with no limit and more recently  turk and bg who droped a cd called my life as a mac which isnt a bad cd due to the guests ( snoop, too short, b.g. c murder and a few others) and strong production but keno is a sorry ass rapper

lord finesse(the best)
havoc(2nd best)
rza(in the gravediggaz)

I like Mannie's rapping.  He's no DJ Quik or Kanye, but he's pretty good.  I'm definitiely gonna check out his new album when it gets leaked.
