I'm sure Dre will let Cube decide when he wants his album out.
It's not like he's a new cat with no experience that has to make a great debut on get on the map.
Dre & Cube know each other longer than nearly everyone else and I highly doubt Dre would say NO, YOUR ALBUM IS OUT WHEN I SAY IT'S FINISHED if Cube wanted it out sooner than Dre.

Oh My God takes so long cause BOTH Dre & Rakim want it to be PERFECT.
I think it's a great move and I'm sure they'll do it since they at least negotiating and I don't think they ain't able to work out a good deal to make this great shit happen.

i remember reading this interview at the formula, dre offered warren to sign to aftermath, but he also said that there would be a wait. so warren didnt wanna wait so he didnt sign

I think it's better that artists re-invent themselves. If they make a bad move, they can learn from it. Cube wouldn't necessarily be here anymore if he hadn't changed along with the game. And it don't matter that 'he ain't the same Cube no more', we all know he still can deliver.
