Latinos are from any country in Latin America, while a Hispanic person is from any Spanish speaking country in Latin America like Colombia or Mexico. So people from Mexico and Colombia are Latino and Hispanic. People from Brazil are just Latinos, not Hispanic due to the fact that the Language here is Portuguese.
