unbelievable. I hope those parents sue the fucking shit outta the police.

The police was just doing their job, its not their fault.

Sue the School District for overreacting about the rule, not the police.

dude the police cuffed her, and took her in.  she had not committed a crime.  that is what is called false imprisonment.  I would sue the shit out of the police.  wtf do you mean they were just doing their job?

False Imprisonment? She wasnt taken to a prison. Besides like I said, the police were just doing their god damn job. They were probably eating some donuts somewhere, when suddenly they got a call to go to the school and they did.

ok dude, you don't know what you are talking about.  I'm not gonna argue with you, you can think whatever you want.  that is false imprisonment.  You don't have to be put in jail, you don't even have to be handcuffed, all you have to be is detained by police.  I bet you a million bucks the parents sue the police department.  Every lawyer in town probably tried to get ahold of them as soon as they heard that story.
