Paid The Cost production......wit' no Dre...
« on: September 03, 2002, 02:32:32 PM »
Yo.....wit rumors floatin' around that Dre is not gonna produce on Snoop's new album who would u like to see be tha main producer on his album, or would u like to see a mixture of production!??

Wit Dre outta tha picture some1 is gonna have to step up and come wit some heat and bring they best shit for this album to do wit tha fans are expectin' outta Snoop. No doubt Snoop has some tight producers to take Dre's place but tha question is can they work as well together as Dre and Snoop have in tha past!! Daz and Snoop have shown that they can bring some hot shit in tha past but what about now?......Fred Wreck, Battlecat, Meech, Hi-Tek, Daz...who would u like to see take Dre's place (production wise) for this album to be a suscess!!?

That's what I'm saying.  Wouldn't it be nice to have one producer do an album for Snoop!?  It would be awesome; someone like Fredwreck or Quaze, but Battlecat makes Snoop sound very lazy.  I know this won't happen, but instead of having as many producers as as many tracks, then it would be better.

Why do these artists let stupid beefs keep them from makin money? I can't even imagine how much money snoop and dre would make if they put out a quality album together. But ego's, and petty beefs always seem to keep them from uniting fully, or even partially. But maybe I'm stupid. Why would snoop want to sell 4 million records instead of 2? I know I sure wouldn't.

it all comes down to motivation if snoop really wants to make an incredable album, which it lloks like he does judging be the promo, snoops flow was great on the doggystyle allstars in his few appearences and that was without dre, now he easily has the producers to step in for dre it just comes out to him wanting to put out his best product

tight songs just from promo:

it's the d.o.g
20 crips
shake it
suitted and booted
thats the shit
pimp game
vicous flow

thats 7 right there that are bangers theres a few more too, plus you have from the church to the palace, pimp slap, batman and robbin from primo, and others that are supposed to be tight that are on there so it looks to me this album could be very tight

quit trippin y'all, im jus as dissapointed as y'all niggaz but its gonna be jus like his other albums, its all gonna come down to the fact of how hungry snoop is, snoop proved he can rep without dre on his second album which is sick as fuck, and dre for snoop was the guy to make the hits for him, the ones he gon release and hope they blow up.....and the rest of the beats would be from his own clique basically, so this album aint no different, he got neptunes to the hits instead of dre and the rest by his clique, and lately, neptunes been more tight than dre beats wise even though i prefer dre and plus he gonna get alot of radio play with neptunes doin the beat so it should be dope, and he goes the tracks a monster that they releasin so lets hope snoop and neptunes dont dissapoint and we get alot of positive vibes for the album off the first single ya getz me. i still think this albums gona bring major heat.......if he dont sound all lazy

peace
