Well, there's a simple answer to all of this.  Soldiers are dying everyday, and will continue to die everyday, so they can't be paying out 1 million dollars every time a soldier dies.  But Sept. 11th is over and done with, so it is a one time payment.

for 9/11 the government is just indirectly responsible for iraq the government is directly responsible

.. so in conclusion, the government should pay more for iraq casualties. lol

but arent the soldiers in iraq there because they want to? noone is forced, right? I mean they know what's up, so if they do it... it's their choice you know.
