Easily the Greatest song ever made to me, on the best Hip Hop album of all time. The song is fucking amazing, partially because nothing has ever been done like this and it aint spitting on the same played topic.

Yeah, it's really dope and very special, sum kind of history lesson, maybe not my all time fav song, but a lyrical masterpiece

Song isnt all that great, it kinda gets boring and irritating after awhie because the beat isnt good.. if you want to talk about best hip hop song.. mention COMMON "The Light", theres a song with a great meaning to it and a good ass song...

Yeah, the beat could be better, though it don't get annoyin to me. But lyrically it's great

Who gives a shit about the beat, Ras Kass's lyrics takes your mind away completly from the beat. Someone could play the beat of the song to me and I wouldnt know where its from, and I've listened to the song hundreds of times. Common - "The Light" is also one of my favourite tracks of all time. Commons yet to drop something thats been wack in my eyes.

Its definitly one of the greatest lyrical songs ever, but the production isn't anything special (maybe get primo to remix and use it as a bonus track on goldyn chyld? that would be classic) i just hate the way ras never gets in any greatest lyrics/lyricists of all time lists.

"The Light"  ??? I guess you started listening to hip-hop a couple of years ago.


Anyways, "Nature Of The Threat" is dope song, I like the beat and Ras Kass comes off good even if some of the content is a bit racist and the history facts and definitions he spits are debatable.

Yes, I beleive Tech posted this b4...anywya that song is mindblowing for real, it just gets to you...doesnt have such a good beat, but like LogiC said, the lyrics take your mind off the beat.  Great shit, also INterview with a Vampire is amazing..

I dont know if thats Jesus's real name, but yeah Christ means one who is annointed.

And yeah I read some articles on the net where they said the AIDS virus is man made and was put in polio vacceens and injected into kids in Africa.  IT also said that it was to kill off black and brown people.  The other story is that AIDS was made when an african had sex with the Green Monkey, but i find that hard to beleive, peace

Alot of what Ras Kass spits adds up perfectly and I'm sure quite a few people believe that AIDS was brought into the ghetto by the American Goverment.
