in simpler terms... its typically a topic focused diary... you make daily postings, and poeple can comment on your postings... some blogs are ran by a group of people, others are ran collaboratively.... some blogs let any user make daily postings too...

blogs are like alternative news sources... there are actually millions of them, most suck, but a few are very popular and very interesting... the one's i listed are some of the most popular...
